Behavior Leader Methodology

Change that matters is change that lasts.

Change only matters when the change is applied to daily routines, resulting in maximum outcomes for individuals, teams and organizations. Our methodology, based on the science of behavior, is focused on providing real results that last. Our four-step methodology is applied at every level of our approach, ensuring skills are not just presented, but actually incorporated into their daily routines.

Our methodology is applied to everything we do, whether the focus is inclusion, leadership, or organizational development.

Methodology
Envision

Without a target in sight, it is hard to know where you are going and the best way to get there.

Envision entails three steps:

  1. Create the vision of where you want to go
  2. Determine where you are now
  3. Set clear goals to achieve your vision

Behavior Leader helps leaders determine what they envision for their company by collecting data on what they are doing well and where they need to improve. With these data, consultants and coaches help leaders develop realistic and actionable goals to get there.

Align

Choosing the right strategy is important for effective leaders. It can make the difference between meeting your goals and wasting time and resources.

Behavior Leader helps leaders align their strategies to goals, ensuring they reach their goals using the most effective and efficient strategies possible. Alignment consists of education and planning and our coaches and consultants work with leaders to identify the strategies that will work best for the unique needs of the organization, team, and/or leader.

Achieve

Without action, there is no achievement.

Behavior Leader ensures organizations and leaders alike achieve their goals by putting their plans into action. Services include training, consultation, and coaching to ensure any new skills are mastered and applied where it counts – during day to day interactions and tasks.

Evolve

Improvement is continuous.

Behavior Leader ensures leaders and organizations continue to  meet new goals, always moving closer to realizing the vision. When one evolves, they reflect upon what has been achieved and prepare for what is next. This process includes analysis of data collected throughout, improvements where they are necessary, looking towards the next steps, and ensuring skills and achievements maintain over time.

Our consultants and coaches guide leaders to evolve by assisting with data anaylsis, programmatic evaluation, and strategic planning.

No matter where you are on your journey, our methodology provides a framework that ensures you move closer to your vision. Based on research and grounded in science, our methodology ensures that leaders know where they are going and travel the most efficient path to get there.
